B | 在国产 EUV 没有之前，我们还是有过渡办法的。         谢志峰表示，在逻辑芯片（CPU GPU 等）领域，中国目前还处于 7nm 5nm 水平，但是中芯国际的技术命名并不是 7nm 5nm，而是从 14nm 开始，之后叫 N+1、N+2、N+3。         谢志峰认为，从赶超的角度来说，我们只要达到等效的一个性能，你叫它 5nm、2nm、1.8nm 根本不重要。关键就是系统性能可以达到这个水平，那么怎么去做呢，你可以用三维堆叠的方法，华为韬定律就是讲全面地在芯片级别、封装级别、系统级别减少延迟。

C |          谢志峰还称，目的最重要，手段不重要，最后做成芯片客户满意，目的达到就 OK 了。他觉得中国还是非常有希望的，中国工程师足够聪明，能够在我们现有的资源下达到同样的目的。         IT之家注意到，在谈到中芯国际的多重曝光技术 DUV 时，谢志峰表示，多重曝光技术并不是今天才发明的，很多年前就有了。但是随着新技术的光刻机出来，DUV 的多重曝光就显得没有必要。一旦设备停掉了，比如 EUV 买不到了，这时候就可以继续沿用 DUV 的多重曝光技术。         谢志峰认为，DUV 的多重曝光技术能够生产出同样性能的芯片，7nm 甚至 5nm，但还是有很多缺点，比如制造流程变长、成本增加很多倍，不太适合大规模生产，作为一种小批量生产是可以的。         谢志峰还指出，芯片行业存在一个误区，认为制程工艺越先进芯片就越好。他直言别迷信先进制程，三星 5nm 工艺的骁龙 888 以及 4nm 工艺的骁龙 8 gen 1 虽然工艺先进，但是实际体验并不好。
